The Turing Year in China is a collection of special events which will take place in China throughout the Alan Turing Year, celebrating Turing's unique impact on mathematics, computing, computer science, informatics, morphogenesis, philosophy and the wider scientific world.

The Turing Year in China promises to be worthy of the remarkable scientific career it commemorates.

The highlight Turing Year in China is the Turing Lectures series given by a number of distinguished speakers and the TAMC 2012 conference which take place from 16 to 21 of May 2012 at the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The events in the Turing year in China will be based in the Institute of Software (Building 5 in the Software park) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing.

The Turing Lectures as well as the sessions of the TAMC 2012 conference will be held in main conference rooms in the 3rd and 4th floor of the building from 16 to 21 of May 2012.
